
Ingredients:
1 kg of young potatoes,
2 carrots,
3 onions,
2 parsley roots,
3 tomatoes,
½ cup vegetable oil,
salt,
ground black pepper,
1-2 pcs. bay leaf,
1 tablespoon chopped herbs
For the rolls:
1 egg,
½ cup water,
1½ cups flour,
2 tablespoons of grated sheep's cheese,
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese,
1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Preparation:
Prepare a dough from flour, water, and egg. Roll it out into a thin layer (2 mm), sprinkle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle lightly with a mixture of feta cheese and cottage cheese.
Roll into thin rolls up to 3 cm in diameter. Cut into 3-4 cm long pieces.
Prepared potatoes are marinated in a mixture of oil, salt and pepper.
Bake on a baking sheet at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Carrots are cut into circles, fried in vegetable oil, onions are cut into slices.
In a cauldron, combine potatoes, carrots, and onions, place the rolls on top, then place the prepared parsley root and bay leaf on top.
Sprinkle with herbs. Pour in the juice of 3 tomatoes and add salt.
Bake under a tightly closed lid at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
