Ingredients

1.5 cups of beans

1 large onion

One red and one yellow sweet bell pepper

5 cloves of garlic

Dill/parsley optional

Vinegar, salt, ground pepper to taste

Method of preparation

1. Soak the beans for 8 hours or overnight, replace the water with fresh water, and cook until completely soft. Reserve the remaining liquid. Once the beans are cooked and cooled, mince them.

2. Finely dice the onion and sauté until lightly golden. Add to the bean mixture and stir. (You can add the onion raw if desired.)

3. Fry the bell peppers in a dry frying pan or grill them, then cover with a bowl and peel off the skin. Cut the finished peppers into thin strips.

4. For the dressing, crush the salt and garlic in a mortar, adding vinegar, pepper, and chopped herbs to taste. Dilute with the broth to the desired consistency.

5. Before serving, garnish with sweet pepper, sprinkle with dill and pour over garlic dressing.
