Ingredients:
500 g beef,
2 tablespoons cream,
1 tablespoon butter,
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
½ onion,
3 cloves of garlic,
salt,
ground black pepper,
1 tablespoon chopped herbs,
2 eggs,
½ cup ground breadcrumbs,
1 tablespoon of wheat flour.
Preparation:
Rinse the meat (preferably the inside of the hind leg), dry it, remove any films or tendons, cut into small thin slices, beat it off, cut into noodles and chop finely with a knife on a cutting board, periodically adding cream and softened butter.
Add salt, pepper, chopped herbs, and chopped garlic or onion if desired to the resulting mixture, beat well on the table, divide into cutlets, and cool in the refrigerator.
Bread the cutlets in flour, beaten eggs, ground wheat breadcrumbs, fry on both sides until golden brown, and finish cooking in the oven.
Serve the cutlets with seasonal vegetables and herbs.
