Ingredients:
600 g beef (tenderloin),
2 tablespoons of lard (or vegetable oil),
5-6 cloves of garlic,
½ tablespoon vegetable oil,
1 tablespoon of dry table wine,
1 tablespoon of wheat flour,
salt,
ground black pepper,
2 tablespoons chopped herbs.
Preparation:
Add ground black pepper, vegetable oil, dry white wine, chopped herbs to the grated garlic and salt and mix.
Grease the beaten meat cut into pieces with this mixture, roll it into a roll, bread it in flour, and secure it with a toothpick.
Fry in a hot frying pan with fat on all sides, periodically pouring the released juice, and finish cooking in the oven.
Before serving, remove the toothpick, pour the juice over the meat, garnish with fresh vegetables, and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Fried potatoes or homemade noodles are recommended as a side dish.
