Gogosh recipe
To prepare the Moldovan gogosh recipe, grind the butter, powdered sugar and egg yolks, add flour and knead the dough.
The dough should be pliable. Roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm and cut out circles with a diameter of 2.5 cm.
Make a depression in the center of each circle with your finger, brush with egg, sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Once the gogosh cookies are cooked, place one cherry jam berry on top of each, transfer to a prepared dish and serve.
