½ tablespoon of wheat flour,
2 cloves of garlic,
5-6 tomatoes,
1-2 sweet red peppers,
bay leaf.
Preparation:
Cut the processed piece of beef from the hind leg into flat pieces, beat, salt, pepper, bread in flour, fry on both sides until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Cut the leek into rings, place them on the bottom of the cauldron, then add the fried pieces of meat, then add the chopped, peeled tomatoes, cover with onions, add sweet pepper puree, salt, and simmer in the oven under a closed lid until done.
15 minutes before the end of cooking, pour in dry white wine, add bay leaf, ground black pepper, chopped herbs, crushed garlic, and simmer at a low boil.
