Ingredients:

600 g beef,

600 g chopped green beans,

3 tablespoons of pork fat,

4-5 onions,

1 glass of meat broth,

1 teaspoon lemon juice,

3-4 cloves of garlic,

bay leaf,

salt,

ground black pepper,

2 tablespoons chopped herbs.

Preparation:

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry.

Chop the onion and sauté.

Boil the chopped green beans for 4-5 minutes, drain in a colander, and sauté.

Place onion, meat, beans in a cauldron, pour in broth, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, bay leaf, cover with a lid, and simmer until done.

When serving, sprinkle with crushed garlic and chopped herbs.
