Et Cetera is a family-owned winery in Moldova.

Et Cetera is more than just a winery; it's a family project where love for the land, care for viticulture, and respect for tradition are transformed into unique wines with inimitable flavors and aromas. Et Cetera's philosophy is based on harmony between people and nature, as well as support for Moldova's cultural and culinary traditions.

History of the Et Cetera Winery

The story of Et Cetera began in 2002 , when Alexander Lukyanov purchased land in Moldova and named the estate Et Cetera. Alexander, a mathematician by training, decided to return to his native land after years of traveling the world and devote himself to viticulture and winemaking .

The first vineyards were planted in 2003. Alexander studied best winemaking practices, traveled to wine-producing countries, tasted wines, and learned from professionals to find the perfect balance of flavor and aroma.

In 2006, his brother, Igor Lukyanov , joined him , and from that moment on, Et Cetera became a true family winery. Already in 2005, after the first harvest, Et Cetera's wines received expert recognition and a gold medal at a local winemaking competition , spurring further development.

In 2009, a modern winery was built where technology is combined with traditional production methods , allowing the creation of wines with unique taste and aroma.

Vineyards and terroir

Et Cetera's vineyards are cultivated with care for the environment and the quality of the harvest . The winery's terroir—the fertile soil of Moldova, the optimal balance of sun and rain, proximity to natural bodies of water, and the region's mild climate—creates ideal conditions for growing high-quality grape varieties .

In the Et Cetera vineyards, special attention is paid to:

  • selection of grape varieties;

  • organic vine care;

  • respecting the seasonal rhythm of nature and proper pruning.

All this allows us to obtain grapes with a rich taste and bright aroma , which later becomes the basis for high-quality wines.

Wine production

Et Cetera combines traditional fermentation and aging methods with modern technology, creating wines with unique flavors. The following ingredients are used in production:

  • fermentation in oak barrels ;

  • temperature and humidity control;

  • aging wine until it achieves the ideal taste.

Each bottle of Et Cetera is a reflection of the spirit of the Moldovan land and the fruit of the labor of the entire Lukyanov family .

Assortment and unique wines

Et Cetera produces unique wines that harmoniously combine:

  • the scent of earth and sun;

  • freshness of the harvest;

  • traditions of Moldovan winemaking.

Et Cetera wines are renowned for their pure flavours, balanced bouquet and rich palette of aromas , making them appealing to both locals and international wine connoisseurs.

Tourism and tastings

Et Cetera invites guests to exclusive tasting tours led by Alexander Lukyanov and his team:

  • tours of the vineyards and winery;

  • wine tastings straight from the barrel;

  • continuation of the tasting in a cozy restaurant on the territory of the winery , where traditional Moldovan dishes are served;

  • Introduction to the culture and history of Moldovan winemaking firsthand.

These tours not only allow you to taste high-quality wines, but also to understand the philosophy of family winemaking , where caring for the land and people comes first.

Philosophy Et Cetera

The Lukyanov family believes that the foundation of a family's well-being is love and care , and they have transferred these values to their winery. Care for the land, meticulous attention to every stage of production, and respect for tradition make Et Cetera a model of sustainable and responsible winemaking .

Et Cetera is a place where man, nature and wine are in harmony , and every guest leaves with a piece of the Moldovan soul, a feeling of warmth and the pleasure of real, high-quality wine.
