
Ingredients:
4 cups canned corn kernels,
½ cup prunes,
2-3 apples,
1 onion,
2 tablespoons tomato puree,
2 tablespoons butter,
1 tablespoon of sugar,
1 tablespoon chopped herbs,
salt.
For croutons:
¼ loaf,
½ cup milk,
1 egg,
1 tablespoon butter,
1 teaspoon of sugar.
Preparation:
Boil the corn kernels with the liquid for 3-5 minutes, drain in a colander, place in a saucepan, add finely chopped and fried onions, tomato puree, washed and sorted prunes (pitted), salt, sugar, mix everything, boil.
Peel the apples, cut into cubes and lightly fry in butter.
When serving, place the corn in a mound, place croutons mixed with apples around it, and sprinkle with herbs.
Making croutons:
Cut the crustless loaf into small cubes, soak in a mixture of eggs, milk, and sugar, and fry in butter.
