According to the National Social Insurance Fund, non-working labor veterans have the right to receive vouchers to sanatoriums — these are recipients of pensions, which have 40 years of experience for men, — 35 years for women, or 35 and 30 years of experience, but there is a medal or order of a veteran labor; non-working veterans of military service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, awarded orders, medals or departmental insignia; war veterans; persons with disabilities due to the war.
You can apply for a ticket once every three years. Citizens from the latter category can receive a ticket every year, and if they cannot use it, they have the right to monetary compensation for its cost once every two years.
To get in line for a ticket, you need to provide the following documents: a certificate from a doctor to receive a voucher, form 070; original and copy of ID; original and copy of pension certificate.
