Orhei is a unique place where traces of ancient civilizations have been preserved, giving rise to a new people, who absorbed drop by drop the blood of the Ghetto-Dacians, Slavs, Tatars, Turks and other peoples.

This is a sacred place where, in the language of artistic comparison, multi-colored threads were intertwined into a single ball, from which a beautiful carpet was subsequently woven, striking in its beauty and variety of colors and shades.

The Reut River Valley in the Old Orhei region is a unique place not only for its history of the Moldovan people or the beauty of its landscapes, which unexpectedly open up to the astonished gaze.

Such faults in the Earth's crust can miraculously influence a person's spiritual and physical well-being, exerting a beneficial effect. It's no coincidence that such places on Earth are called "places of power."

Old Orhei is one such place, possessing a high concentration of positive energy that has attracted and continues to attract people dedicated to travel and spiritual service. The caves in the rocks still serve as reminders of the monks who dedicated their lives to serving God. One of the caves in the rock monastery still houses a functioning church, attracting tourists from all over the world.

Tourist complex Vila ETNICA

The complex consists of a comfortable guesthouse in the style of an old boyar estate, where you can comfortably spend the night, a unique eco-restaurant "La Butuc," where the food is a superb example of delicious and healthy cuisine made from natural, locally sourced ingredients, and a museum consisting of an extensive collection of artifacts, presented in three village houses from the beginning of the last century, where you can touch history.

ETHNIC Villa

The villa is a complex of unique architectural structures on terraces of varying levels, located on the steep bank of the Reut River, at the foot of a cliff resembling a sleeping dragon, on the outskirts of the village of Butuceni, which is part of the unique historical and natural reserve - Old Orhei, which has preserved its pristine natural beauty and traces of ancient civilizations.

Modernity seems untouched by these places. Life here flows calmly and measuredly—like the drifting clouds, like the flowing waters of the Reut River—just as it did a hundred, two hundred, and even several thousand years ago, when civilizations succeeded one another in these parts—Slavs, Ghetto-Dacians, Tatars, Turks, and even the ancestors of today's Moldovans. All of them left their mark on this land.
