The GAGAUZ SOFRASI ethno-tourism complex offers a variety of services, ensuring that every guest will find something to enjoy and become more than just a visitor to the complex. They will feel like a true resident of the ethno-village, experiencing the beauty and diversity of rural life and learning about the traditions and culture of the Gagauz people.
The Gagauz Sofrasɪ tourist complex houses ethnic buildings: guest houses, an ethnographic museum, a terrace with a panoramic view of the tourist attractions of the Gagauz Autonomy, a wine cellar “Gagauz Maazası”, a restaurant of traditional Gagauz cuisine, a banquet hall “Favorit” and other buildings that convey the flavor of the local traditional culture.

Excursion
The tour of the tourist complex begins with a time-honored tradition: greeting guests with hot, homemade bread and salt. Our guide will take you throughout our complex and tell you about the life, culture, and traditions of the Gagauz people. You'll visit our traditional guesthouses, the ethnographic museum, the wine cellar, and the terrace. At the museum, you'll have the unique opportunity to wear traditional Gagauz costumes and take beautiful photos as a lasting memory.
The tour lasts 1 hour. It is conducted in both Russian and Turkish. Advance booking is required.
Culinary master classes
We are organizing a fascinating culinary master class on preparing traditional Gagauz pastries called “Gözlema.” Anyone can be involved in the culinary process, and thanks to this format, everyone will experience many pleasant emotions.
Suitable for both children and adults.
Pre-registration is required.
The minimum number of guests for the master class is 6 people.
Hotel
Our small, exclusive designer hotel consists of 10 rooms.
4 rooms are traditional guest houses, with elements of Gagauz decor, which were built using the ancient technology of our ancestors.
6 rooms are modern hotel rooms with a classic design.
Gagauz cuisine
The Gagauz people have always been renowned for their hospitality. Dear guests were always welcome. The gracious hosts treated them to aromatic wine and fed them national delicacies. And guests were always given the best seat in the house—a special room called the "Buuk Bas." We also have such a room at our complex, where we serve traditional lunches and dinners for our guests.

A traditional menu of Gagauz dishes is created individually for each guest and is available by prior reservation only.
Organization of weddings and other events
We organize a variety of events at the FAVORIT banquet hall, including weddings, christenings, birthdays, conferences, and other celebrations.
