Ingredients:
• 600 g pike perch fillet,
• 2 tablespoons of wheat flour,
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil,
• 6-8 potatoes,
• 1 cup of grated unsalted feta cheese (or cheese),
• salt,
• ground black pepper.
For the sauce:
• 4 tablespoons butter,
• 2 tablespoons of wheat flour,
• 1 cup sour cream,
• salt.
Preparation:
Boil the prepared, peeled potatoes and cut into 0.5-0.7 cm thick circles.
Rinse the pike perch fillet, dry it, cut into small pieces, salt and pepper, bread it in flour, fry it in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Place a layer of boiled potatoes in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil, arrange the fried fish fillet on top, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with grated feta cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
To make the sauce: fry the flour in butter, stirring constantly, until creamy. Pour in the sour cream and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add salt and bring to a boil.
