
Guduluf – delicious buns, baked goods made according to a Moldovan recipe.
Thanks to the mashed potatoes, the dough becomes soft, elastic and airy.
Guduluf Ingredients
Potatoes – 1 kg
· Onion – 1 pc.
· Eggs – 2 pcs.
· Vegetable oil
· Ground black pepper
· Salt
For the test
· Flour – 1-1.5 cups
· Milk – 0.5 cups
· Yeast – 1 tsp.
· Soda - a pinch
· Salt
· Sugar
Guduluf recipe
To prepare the Moldovan cuisine recipe guduluf, you need to boil and mash the potatoes without the skin.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Divide the mashed potatoes into 2 portions.
Add fried onions and peppers to one part. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add salt, sugar, and flour.
Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Then add 1 egg, baking soda and the remaining half of the mashed potatoes to the dough.
Roll small balls from the kneaded dough.
Place potato and onion filling inside each ball.
Place the prepared guduluf pies on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, brush the top with lightly beaten egg and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
