
Ingredients:
1 stalk of leek,
¼ cup vegetable oil,
½ glass of wine,
3-4 cloves of garlic,
bay leaf,
black peppercorns,
salt,
ground black pepper,
2-3 tablespoons chopped herbs.
Preparation:
The dish is prepared from pike perch, silver carp, halibut, carp and other fish.
Cut the fish fillet into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the sliced leek into a saucepan, then add the fish and then alternate layers of fish and onions, sprinkle with chopped herbs, pour in the broth, dry white wine, add vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper, simmer in the oven, and add crushed garlic at the end of cooking.
When serving, pour over the sauce in which the fish was stewed.
